Email fraud

Phishing attack against Visual Online's e-mail users (vo.lu). Visual Online calls on its customers to be vigilant following a phishing attack. Some of the e-mails sent appear to come from VO.LU and invite you to log in online via a link. You are then asked to fill in a dummy form and enter your personal data.

It is important to ignore these messages and to delete them. If in doubt, please contact our support department. Never click on the link offered in the suspicious e-mail. Beware of e-mails asking for personal information (credit card, login, password, etc.). Visual Online will never ask you for important information in a simple e-mail.
